Temperature Stability
Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature during shipping. Shipped in sealed, protective packaging with desiccant. No cold chain required.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships. All orders include signature confirmation for orders over $200.
Processing Times
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days are processed same-day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.
Packaging
All peptides ship in sealed vials with tamper-evident packaging. Orders include a printed packing slip and, where applicable, a copy of the Certificate of Analysis. Products are packed with protective cushioning and desiccant for stability during transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the affected item. We will ship a replacement at no charge.
