5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns on opened products. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

7. SMS Verification Program
Hotspan provides an SMS verification program that allows users to verify the mobile phone number they provide through our website. When you voluntarily opt in to SMS verification, Hotspan may send a one-time transactional SMS message containing a verification code to the mobile number you provided.
