This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed through the Hotspan Labs website are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or promotional events. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping rates and available delivery methods are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping option, and order size. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
We ship within the United States. Delivery times for domestic orders vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days from the date of shipment.
International shipping may be available for select destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Hotspan Labs is not responsible for delays or costs related to customs clearance.
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on destination, carrier policies, or applicable regulations. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders that cannot be shipped due to such restrictions. You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is affected.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Hotspan Labs is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by carriers. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can work toward a resolution.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Hotspan Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@hotspan.com — we can make corrections if the order has not yet been processed.
